4.1 Withdrawal Terms

• KYC verification must be completed before you can make a withdrawal.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

4.3 Reasons for Withdrawal Rejection

5.1 Bet Placement Rules

5.3 Match Cancellation & Refunds

• If a match is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be returned to your wallet.
• If a match is abandoned after it begins, the result may be determined based on the score at the time of abandonment.
• If a bet fails due to a technical issue, the amount will be refunded.

5.4 Odds Changes

Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation will apply, even if the odds change afterwards.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The wagering requirement for this bonus is typically 10–30 times the bonus amount.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Wagering must be completed within a specified period after claiming the bonus.
• If wagering requirements are not met, the bonus balance will be forfeited upon expiry.

• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.

• Using stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Chargebacks or payment fraud.

7.3 Gaming Fraud

• Using automated bots or software to play games.
• Exploiting system bugs or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Collusive fraud or match fixing.
